Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Anvil Career, a unit of Alfa Consultancy Services.
1. General Rule: No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our product (PDF assessment reports) and the automated compute and human review involved in generating them, we maintain a strict No Refund policy once the assessment process has begun.
2. Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in the special case where your report is not delivered within the stipulated SLA (typically 24 hours) due to an error on our part.
In cases of non-receipt, please send an email to hello@anvilcareer.com with the subject line "Grievance: Report Not Received - [Your Order ID]". Upon receiving your grievance, our team will verify the delivery status. If we confirm that the report was not delivered due to a system failure or mistake on our end, we will issue a full refund in that special case.
3. Cancellations
Because the assessment processing begins immediately upon submission of your data and payment, cancellations are generally not permitted.
